Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount charged.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

We describe formulas, ingredients and shades as accurately as possible, but colours may vary between screens. Products are cosmetics, not medicines: nothing on this site is medical advice, and results vary between individuals. Always review the ingredient list and warnings before use, and patch test.

You may not resell our products without written authorisation, attempt to interfere with the site, or use content, photography or copy from this site without permission. All site content is owned by Pure Radiance LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes are subject to the courts of New York County.
