Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

• Standard, 4–7 business days — $7.95, free on orders over $75
• Express, 2–3 business days — $16.50
• Overnight, next business day — $29.00

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also follow order status from the Account & Order Tracking page.

We ship to Canada, the UK and the EU with delivery in 7–14 business days. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Certain aerosol and alcohol-based products cannot travel by air and are excluded from international orders.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within ten business days of the expected date, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
